Cancellation Policy

Sugar & Shears appreciates your business and we do our best to accommodate everyone in our busy schedules. In order to continue to provide the best service and serve everyone we ask that you please give us 24hrs notice if you will be unable to keep your appointment. For hair color services and any services over 2 hrs please give us 48hrs notice. This opens up the schedule and allows for another person to get in for an appointment.  You can either call us or email at info@sugarandshearsseattle.com to let us know of any changes. We’ll be happy to help you in rescheduling your appointment.

If you are going to be late to your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. We may have to modify or reschedule your appointment. If you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment and do not give us at least 24hrs notice (48hrs for hair color or appointments over 2hrs) you will be charged 100% of the service.

If you do not give us a call and simply do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full cost of the service and blocked from future bookings. We really don’t want to do this so please do not make us resort to charging you for a service you did not receive.

We understand that things happen. In the case of emergencies please just let us know at your earliest convenience and we will work with you.  

We require a valid credit card to book all appointments. By booking an appointment with Sugar & Shears you agree to these policies.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Here at Sugar & Shears we pride ourselves on our work and making sure you are happy with the outcome of every service we provide. Should we not meet your expectations we ask that you contact the shop within 48 hours. This way we can set up a plan to get to your end goal within two weeks of the appointment that left you unsatisfied. We do not offer refunds for services due to the time and effort your provider puts into each appointment.
